John Wayne as Rooster Cogburn
Winchester Model 1892 - .44-40 caliber
This large loop-lever carbine was used by John Wayne in True
Grit (1969) and Rooster Cogburn (1975). Ever
since Stagecoach (1939) the large-looped Winchester
has been a signature firearm of John Wayne.
