This custom rifle was built as a custom convertible model rifle with interchangeable barrels in .30-'06 and .25-'06. An elaborate engraving package with considerable gold inlaid work completely covers the action. The Dakota takedown is designed to mitigiate headspacing problems from swapping barrels repeatedly.
Dakota Arms, located in Sturgis, SD, produces a wide selection of custom sporting bolt-action rifles and side-by-side shotguns. The company also owns the rights to Miller Arms and Nesika action. This company was established in 1987.
