Perazzi SCO Over-under Shotgun
Three-barrel set. Engraving by Galeazzi.
If not for Daniele Perazzi, best-quality Italian guns might have
remained little more than a footnote in the American market,
despite the efforts of Beretta and others. Perazzi apprenticed in
the Val Trompian trade, worked for a while with Ivo Fabbri, and set
up his own shop in 1961. By 1964, every competition shooter
the world over knew his name.
Aside from the high quality of materials and workmanship that goes
into them, the Perazzi over-unders have two innovative features
that hold vast appeal for competitive target and pigeon shooters:
quick-change trigger locks and interchangeable buttstocks.
