Lucius W. Pond Front Loading Revolver
Pond's design used removable steel chambers to circumvent the Rollin White cylinder patent held by Smith & Wesson. The Pond Separate Chambers Revolver was produced c. 1863 to 1870. These revolvers were also available in .22 rimfire caliber.
