Swedish Cheek Stock Snaphance Rifle
An ivory inlaid patchbox and other embellishments accentuate this forward-acting, .60 caliber Baltic lock rifle which dates from 1650. The off side of the short buttstock has an ivory inlay that illustrates its purpose as a hunting arm.
