Semmerling LM 4 Semi Automatic Pistol
Less than 600 of these expensive, but ultra compact law enforcement backup pistols have been manufactured. SN 360
The Semmerling LM-4 was designed as the ultimate in .45 caliber backup handguns. Crafted of the finest steels and handbuilt, the LM-4 was not a semi-automatic, but a manually operated repeater. The slide required a forward push and backward pull motion to eject the spent case and reload from the magazine. A long striker-cocking trigger pull was also part of the safety mechanism for this handgun.
