Remington's Model 725 rifle was a short-lived bolt-action design offered from 1958 to 1961. About 16,635 were manufactured in .222 Rem., .243 Win., .244 Rem., .270 Win., 280 Rem., and .30-'06 chamberings. The majority of the rifles made were in .30-'06 caliber.
