Russian PTRD Sniper rifle
This sniper rifle was converted to .50 BMG by Captain William S. Brophy during the Korean War. The original anti-tank function of this arm incorporated only crude iron sights, but Brophy's modifications for an optical sighting system included fitting bases for Unertl pattern scopes.
