Vietcong Bolt Action Carbine
Based on a bolt-type rifle action fitted to a copy of the U.S. M1 Carbine stock, this repeater was chambered for the same cartridge as that used in the SKS and AK-47. The brass plaque on the stock bears the following inscription: "Cal 30 VC Carbine Local Manuf/ Captured at Thanh Dien 9 July 1967/ NPFF Coy 403-TAY NINH/ Robert Hamilton, Advisor."
