Saco Defense Systems Division (Saco, ME) M60 E3 Light Machine Gun
Capable of blank-firing with the use of a blank adaptor or of live fire, this machine gun was featured in the Hollywood films "Rambo" and "Commando." Weighing 18 pounds, the E3 variant of the M60 features a shortened barrel and a pistol grip/heat shield in place of the standard M60 forearm. Modifications to feed system allows the cover to be closed with the bolt forward. The E3's gas system is also modified from that of the earlier M60. The M60 E3 is currently in use with various U.S. elite military units.
